Delete Your Account

In the app (fastest)

Open Me, then Settings, scroll to Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your profile, photos, messages, posts, balances and followers are removed straight away and cannot be brought back.

If you cannot open the app

Use the help form in the app if you can, or write to us with the email address you signed up with, and we will delete the account within 30 days.

Write to us from inside the app (Me, Settings, Help and support). We answer within 2 working days.

What is deleted

Your profile and photos, your messages, posts and stories, your followers and following, your diamonds and beans, and your notification token.

What we may keep

Payment records, and reports about rule-breaking, may be kept for up to 12 months (or longer if the law requires) for accounting and to prevent fraud. After that they are deleted.

Unused diamonds are lost when an account is deleted. Hosts: please request your payout before you delete your account.
