User Agreement

These rules apply when you use Hellovo. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Hellovo.

1. Who can use Hellovo

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. By joining you confirm that you are 18 or older. We remove accounts of people under 18. One person may have one account.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. You must give true information about your age.

3. How to behave

Be kind and respectful. You must not:

• show, share or ask for nudity or sexual content, or act sexually on camera or in chat;
• harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against or shame anyone;
• scam people, ask for money, gifts or payments outside the app, or sell diamonds outside the official ways;
• share phone numbers, links, or other apps to move people away from Hellovo;
• share illegal content, content that exploits minors, or anything that puts someone in danger;
• pretend to be someone else, use fake information, or create many accounts to cheat rewards;
• record, copy or share other people's calls, lives or private messages without their permission;
• use bots, hacks or tricks to harm the app or other people.

Anyone can report or block another person at any time. We review reports. We may warn, limit, suspend or remove accounts and content, and refuse payouts, if these rules are broken. We may report serious cases to the authorities.

4. Diamonds, gifts and beans

• Diamonds are virtual items used inside Hellovo for gifts, private calls and extras. They have no cash value, cannot be turned back into money, and cannot be transferred out of the app. Friends can send diamonds to each other inside the app, and a small fee may apply.
• Gifts you send cannot be taken back.
• Beans are what hosts earn from calls and gifts. Hosts can ask to cash out beans by UPI above the minimum amount shown in the app. Payouts are checked and paid by us, can be refused if rules are broken or fraud is suspected, and hosts are responsible for any taxes on their earnings.
• Prices, rewards and rules for diamonds and beans can change. We will show the price of a call before you start it.

5. Buying diamonds

In the Google Play version of the app, diamonds are bought through Google Play, and Google's payment terms apply. On our website and the app downloaded from our website, you can pay by UPI and your payment is checked by our team. See our Refund Policy. Only buy diamonds in the official ways. Buying from other people is at your own risk and we cannot help with it.

6. Private calls and live rooms

A private call is charged by the minute at the price the host set, which is shown before you call. A new member may get a free first minute. A call ends when the diamonds run out or when either person ends it. Hosts are responsible for what they say and show. We do not record calls and lives, but we may act on reports.

7. Games

Games on Hellovo are free to play and are for fun. No money or diamonds can be wagered or won in games, and there are no cash prizes from games.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us permission to store it and show it inside Hellovo as needed to run the service. You promise that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules. Unused diamonds are lost when an account is deleted or removed for breaking the rules.

10. Our promises and limits

We work hard to keep Hellovo running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what other users say or do, or for losses that were not caused by our fault. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you.

11. Changes and law

We may update these rules and will change the date above. If you keep using Hellovo after a change, you accept it. These rules follow the laws of India.
